We are looking for an experienced Operations Coordinator to our Administrative Team who is inspired by what he/she does. You will be responsible for challenging new projects, implementing and updating systems for administrative tasks and making a comfortable work area and smooth operations process.

Challenges you’ll meet:
• Management, control of fixed assets
• Control and optimization of inventory control
• Handling, optimization and analytics of office space
• Handling and control of internal documentation
• Optimization of contractual relations with counterparties
• Management and control of the internal administrative request
• Launch of new administrative projects

Your professional qualities:
• 2+ years of experience with similar functional responsibilities
• Excellent knowledge MS Office (MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint).
• Proven experience of handling big amount of heterogeneous data
• Experience of launching administrative projects from scratch
• English - Upper-intermediate
