Data Analyst (MS SQL) (offline)

A fast-growing multinational product company that provides SaaS b2b solutions in SMM, is looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our team full-time in Kyiv, Ukraine. You need a very fine eye for detail, deep understanding of relational databases, and the ability to write your own complex queries across multiple data sets.

Job Description
- Strong practical experience with MS SQL.
- Strong experience in writing complex SQL queries.
- Strong level of spoken and written English (at least Upper Intermediate or higher), including an ability to effectively communicate with the team on business and technical matters in English.
- Excellent understanding of database design, structure and architecture.
- Advanced skills in Excel, including array formulas, pivot tables, external sources connections.
- Detail oriented, data-focused, keen for the numbers.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.

Additional knowledge of any programming language will be a plus.

Responsibilities
- Analyze business workflows and algorithms, related to the product, and provide recommendations for the technical team for its optimization and improvement.
- Analyze in-house and open data and provide analysis of which product features are and may be most in demand, find opportunities to improve the product.
- Build and document models of the product business workflows, based on data analysis.
- Analyze clients requests and issues and provide analysis for the support and technical teams.
- Deep audit of data and logs to find actual or potential data problems.
