Writer Manager in Support Team Offline

Responsibilities:

- Interaction with users, advising on the order procedures, assistance with the web site interface

- Multi-tasking (responding to customers’ requests, registering issues, and finding solutions simultaneously)

- Providing user support via chat, e-mail

- Composing work reports

- Accomplishing customer support KPI

 

Requirements:

- Excellent reading and writing skills, good knowledge of grammar (Advanced level English)

- Good communication skills

- Attention to details

- Experience as a Customer Support Manager 2+ years with English-speaking customers
