The FinTech startup is looking for a team-mate in marketing. We are looking for a person who is curious to discover how people in the European market manage their personal finance (PFM category).

There are many players in this field, and as we know players in the USA are much more successful than players in the EU with the same features. And this is a good question “why?”.

We are looking for a person who will analyze the market and customers’ needs raising questions that help the Product team outline an MVP.

A person has to come up with hypotheses and be able to validate hypotheses by conducting customers’ interviews or running A/B tests on landing pages.

Need to target audience assessment, market segmentation, and opportunity analysis.

It is important for us that the person researches the companies in our niche, how they entered the market, and what marketing strategy they used.
