Android Developer (offline)

Who we need
An ideal candidate is a talented and experienced mobile engineer, willing to push the limits of existing technology and create the best possible user experience, delighted by good design and bring that taste to his work.

Technical skills:
• You have 3+ years of experience in software development
• You spent 2+ years of your career developing commercial Android apps
• You are proficient in Kotlin & Java
• You are proficient in RXJava & RXKotlin
• You have experience with event tracking tools (e.g. Appsflyer, Mixpanel, Segment)
• You are familiar with TDD and use unit testing in your projects (i.e. JUnit)
• You have experience working with REST APIs
• You know how and when to use architectural patterns
• You are an expert in version control (Git)
• You have experience working with CI/CD pipelines

Soft skills:
• You fluently communicate with other team members in spoken (daily standups) and written (Slack/Skype) English
• You are self-organized professional and you can take control of your daily routine
• You are familiar with agile methodologies like Scrum/Kanban

What you will so day-tо-day:
• Create new features to delight our customers
• Squash bugs
• Bridging any gaps with Unit Tests
• Consistently push new builds to the Google Play Store
• Work directly with the backend team regarding API needs
• Suggest improvements to the UI/UX
