Dynamics 365 CRM - Consultant (offline)

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

1+ years of experience with integration, implementation, and training of Dynamics CRM, Dynamics 365 solutions;
Business Analyst experience (including BPMN, Problem Framing, Design thinking workshop, user stories);
Understand the scope of work;
Keen attention to detail;
Ability to collaborate effectively on an internal project and practice teams;
Represent our company values and reputation each and every day;
Experience with PowerAutomation, PowerApps, Dynamics PSA, Field Service (will be a plus);
English - Upper Intermediate+ (speaking and writing);

What you will do:

Project Discovery;
Identifying, developing and putting into practice CRM solutions;
Perform configuration, testing, and implementation of Dynamics 365;
Guiding pieces of training to help users become confident in working with the latest systems and technologies.
