Responsibilities:

- Create & manage online marketing campaigns across multiple channels (Google Ads, Bing Ads, social media - LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube);

- Monitor, optimize, and report performance on campaigns across active ad networks on an ongoing basis;

- Develop test plans and experiment with new user acquisition initiatives, then analyze performance to identify the highest impact opportunities;

- Research and evaluate new user acquisition channels;

- Content marketing campaign management;

- Market and competitors research, benchmarking.

Requirements:

- 2 + years of experience as a digital marketing manager/PPC manager in IT outsource companies;

- Proficiency with Google Ads, Bing Ads, Linkedin Ads, Google Analytics, Google Data Studio;

- Experience with SEO, content marketing management as a plus;

- Strong analytical and communication skills;

- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics, and processing figures with spreadsheets;

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement;

- English at the Upper-intermediate level at least.
