This role requires a solid professional background in testing projects within a software delivery environment. It presupposes the performance of highly diverse tasks and involves aspects of planning, monitoring, and controlling the project from the beginning up to the project completion.

Goals
Company goals for the candidate that should be solved:

Create and maintain test infrastructure (test management software, test plans, test cases, test scenarios, etc.)
Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Perform thorough smoke/regression testing when bugs resolved
Overall responsibility for successful quality control of the project
Interaction with Project Managers, Development Team and others as needed to fix blockers and move a project towards a successful finish
Write project documentation and user guides
Participate in continuos processes improvements
Help with writing QA documentation on the company level
Help team meet deadlines and milestones

All active projects are being tested before and after any deployment
All active projects have a test plan and test cases
Projects documentation fully covered by you in Jira Confluence.
The team follows a project workflow and decreases the time for testing using automated tests

Professional skills and Requirements
Required professional skills for being successful with goals and expected results.

Experience working with digital agency model
Experience working with 3-5 ongoing projects at the same time
Experience working remotely, at least during one year
Experience working with time tracker
Strong experience working with testing project based on Drupal CMS
At least 2 years QA Manual experience in web
Experience in non-functional tests such as Performance, Security, and Accessibility
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools and processes
Strong written English skills (mostly technical English)
Excellent communication skills in English and Russian (both written and spoken)
Excellent manual testing skills
Good project documentation skills
Experience in writing project documentation
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Good experience with Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence)
Ability to forge and balance strong working relationships with colleagues, clients, and customers

Day-to-day Responsibilities
Responsibilities that candidate will have on a daily basis.

Interaction with Project Manager and Development Team
Manual testing for all assigned projects
Do regression testing
Write and maintain projects documentation
Help team members with their requests to tests or check anything
Create and maintain test plans and test cases
Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to create a roadmap for project testing including manual and automated tests before the project kick-off
Prepare questions for clients
Communication with the team via Slack, Basecamp, Email, GoToMeeting
Transition all the feedback into Jira tasks and requirements
Help Project manager setting up the priority for features, tasks, bugs, and defects that may
appear on a daily basis
Be ready for the live Demo with client
Help write and maintain QA Documentation about processes and workflows
Be curious and eager to learn
