Delivery Manager (offline)

Nordstrom is a fashion retailer, established in 1901. It is one of the biggest e-commerce companies in North America.
The main goal of the company is to serve customers and bring them the best quality and products.
Nordstrom project in Zoolatech is constantly growing and we need to strengthen our management team.
As part of Kyiv Nordstrom team, you will manage several engineering teams and team extensions, help them with planning and delivery and lead communication with Seattle management and teams.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a lean, agile, intellectually challenging environment, enjoy solving big problems and collaborating with other team members to create high-quality, scalable, leading-edge software solutions.

Responsibilities:
— Management of engineering teams
— Client expectation management
— Risk management
— Do reporting required by customer
— Perform people management of your team members
— Develop business opportunities, based on the information from the external and internal customer sources
— Problem&conflict prediction&solving

Skills:
— 5+ years experience as a Project Manager;
— Technical background (as a Software engineer, QA engineer, Devops engineer etc.) is nice to have;
— Deep understanding of SDLC and various methodologies;
— Experience with long- and short-term planning;
— Experience with risk-management;
— Excellent time management, decision making and organizational skills and be able to work well with others as part of a team on all levels;
— Advanced English (both verbal and written);
— Good communication and presentation skills to communicate effectively with customers and project teams
