Project Manager with Business Analysis Offline

As a Project Manager with Business Analysis, you will be responsible for assisting our clients to envision, design, develop, and deploy their projects. Duties will involve requirements collection, documentation, project management and oversight, scope management, issue resolution, quality assurance, and ultimately, ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires someone who can communicate effectively with business and technical resources within all levels of a client organization.

Requirements:

— More than 4 years of Project Management experience

— More than 5 years of general technology or consulting experience

— A good knowledge of SDLC and methodology and tools, including Atlassian or Microsoft or open-source, or other tools

— Clear understanding of main principles and specifics of software development, including main technologies and methodologies

— Knowledge of business analysis and process description and modeling approaches, incl use cases, user stories, charts, visual thinking/drawing

— Proactive, anticipating mindset

— Strong consulting/client-facing experience

— Strong written and verbal communications, incl active listening, business writing

— Sufficient English level — starting with strong upper-intermediate level

— Ability to gather the appropriate information to determine and manage scope, schedule and estimate cost

— Ability to identify and manage issues and risks

— Awareness of latest IT industry and digitalization trends

Responsibilities

— Managing 3-5 software development projects simultaneously

— Participating in pre-sales activities: conversation, presentations, discovery

— Analyzing capability gaps within Customer’s organization and Propose improvement methods and appropriate solution options

— Conducting business analysis/modeling exercises with the client

— Identifying and defining business needs and goals. Outline clearly stakeholders’ impact and their outlook on the project and teams

— Collaborating proactively with Business Stakeholders, Project Managers, and Teams to reach a common understanding of the solution to address the needs. Manage requirements communication considering the project’s specifics and stakeholders’ preferences. Moderate meetings and workshops

— Managing client expectations, solution scope, detecting, and tracking changes. Managing requirements related conflicts and issues up to resolution

— Prioritizing requirements and managing their allocation. Defining non-functional requirements including external interfaces and constraints
