Required skills

- Problem solving / investigation skills;

- Pre-Intermediate English;

- Willingness to learn about the entire system in a short time-frame in order to troubleshoot issues

Background and experience

- Bachelor (or higher) degree in computer science or similar field

- Json, XML and REST API basic knowledge;

- BPMN understanding

Responsibilities

- SQL's query creating;

- Testing and troubleshooting for software products;

- Configuration of business processes in BPMN, bot scripting;

- Implementation, deployment and support activities for Billing and Customer Care software: CRM, Billing, Rating
