Intermediate Business Analyst (offline)

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for managing a talented delivery team by leading feature identification, prioritizing requirements, and defining product roadmaps that drive business goals.

You’ll closely collaborate with engineers and designers to reach the best possible version of a feature or product, all while keeping your finger on the pulse of client interactions.

Required skills
2+ years of experience in a BA position:
- Advanced English (both written and spoken)
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of interaction design
- Understanding of Agile frameworks
- Understanding of prioritization techniques
- Ability to develop and articulate written requirements and feature documentation
- Ability to effectively maintain a prioritized backlog of user stories, features and defects
- Good theoretical and practical knowledge of BA methodology and tools (functional/non-functional requirements, use cases, user stories)
