Senior DevOps (Azure) Engineer Offline

Having many years of experience on the market, proprietary techniques and approaches allow them to build cutting-edge solutions, which help their customers to successfully manage the clinical research, mitigate the risks and increase the potential and the success of the study results.

Requirements

- Experience in Automation/Configuration Management: knowledge of GIT/Bitbucket is essential. Although, the candidate should have experience with some kind of build and deployment tool.

- Previous experience with cloud services, such as Azure is essential and Azure DevOps.

- Experience in a scripting language such as Windows PowerShell, Python etc.

- Experience with deploying and managing environments for SaaS solutions (Azure).

- Strong background in Windows Administration is essential. As well required to be able to connect to a Linux instance and perform basic tasks like deployments/installs etc.

- Knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.

- Essential knowledge of Software development methodology.

- Microsoft Visual Studio; ASP.NET; Transact-SQL; SQL Server 2008+; Web Services.

- Knowledge of best practices and IT operations in an always-on, always-available service.

- Understanding of the Infrastructure (DNS/Firewalls/Load Balancers/VMs, etc.).

- Previous experience working in a validated environment is also a plus.

- Excellent communication skills to convey build and deployment issues.

- Excellent documentation skills to document updates to the build and deployment process, changes to internal servers, etc.

Responsibilities

- Create, update and maintain configurations for all environments.

- Working with Continuous Integration to resolve development and QA teams needs.

- Create, update and maintain fully automated deployment scripts.

- Configure cloud services for scaling and resolving performance issues.

- Support development process with any kind of help: source control, equipment. maintenance, integration between systems and software, notifications, etc.

- Release process handling, communication with the client representatives.
