Technology Stack used:

E-Commerce Shop System: Shopware;

Language: PHP, HTML 5, CSS 3, JavaScript, jQuery and other Java Script Frameworks;

Development Framework: Symfony;

Template engines: Twig, Smarty;

Database: MySQL, SQL;

Web Services: (REST,SOAP, etc.);

Collaboration tools & Versioning Systems: GIT, Jira, Confluence.

 

Basic requirements:

— 4+ years of proven successful project management experience, ideally with some E-Commerce or web-based projects;

— Solid understanding of SDLC and engineering practices;

— Strong knowledge and understanding of different project management methodologies: Agile, Scrum..;

— Experience in leading and motivating a development team;

— A flexible personality with strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills;

— Highly energetic, engaging team player, self-motivated and results-driven person;

— At least fluent English (both spoken and written).

 

Nice to have:

— Technical background is a strong plus;

— Project manager, Product Owner or Scrum Master certifications.

 

Responsibilities:

— Act as an intermediary between the business departments and local development team, resolving any friction within the communication;

— Gather, document and break down requirements to manageable level and translate them into clear user stories for the local development team;

— Align project scope, goals and deliverables with the project stakeholders;

— Provide work estimates for project tasks and transparent inform the project status to all stakeholders;

— Monitor and control the entire software development flow: requirements gathering, planning, architectural design, implementation, testing and deployment;

— Enforce and improve organizational development standards and best practices;

— Travelling to Germany from time to time.
