Senior Automation Test Engineer (Python) Offline

Description

Our Customer is one of the biggest companies on the market of home entertainment consumer electronics devices that strives to provide their clients with high-quality products and services.

Project goals include automation testing of the video and audio content and other services available via digital media players using custom test automation framework. The candidate will closely collaborate with the Customer’s Team and ensuring good quality of automation tests and extending automation coverage.

Requirements

– 4+ years of hands-on experience in software testing (3+ years of experience in test automation)

– Strong knowledge and experience in Python

– Strong knowledge of concepts and theory of software testing and development life cycle.

– Experience in developing and supporting testing frameworks and develping automated test scripts

– Good communication and problem solving skills

– Upper-intermediate English or higher

Nice to have:

– Experience with OTT platforms like AppleTV, AndroidTV, Samsung Tizen is great advantage.

Responsibilities

– Working with automated test framework and creating new componenets

– Developing automation scripts for new functionality

– Updating existing automation scripts

– Debugging issues and creating bug reports

– Communication with Customer
