Support Engineer (Tier 3) Offline

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Solve customer issues with data missing/inconsistency; 

• Identify and fill bugs and issues for development teams; 

• Write scripts for data analysis, transformation and extraction; 

• Cooperate with Support Level2/Level1.

 

Requirements:

• Experience in IT industry (2+);

• Experience with SQL, CQL, Cassandra, MySQL;

• Experience with scripting languages;

• Experience with Python 3.7 or higher (preferred);

• Experience in software development practice and lifecycle (preferred);

• Experience with task-management tools (JIRA)

• Experience working with table data (CSV, Excel);

• Experience with Linux/Unix and network technologies;

• Written and spoken English.
