Ruby on Rails Developer (offline)

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience,
- Experience with RoR application development and deployment strategies
- Familiar with TDD process,
- Strong understanding of Web-dev technologies stack: JavaScript, ReactJS, SCSS, JSON, CSS/HTML,
- Understanding of Event-driven (async) programming,
- Experience with PostgreSQL database performance,
- Experience with RSpec testing tool,
- Feel easy with SQL prompt and Unix shell,
- Great if you are familiar with the full stack and making tools and apps end to end,
- An enterprising and passionate person willing to produce deliverable on the highest level of quality.

Responsibilities:
- Contributing to cutting-edge R&D initiatives including service integration with emerging frameworks and platforms,
- Assisting with the technical resolution of issues on mission-critical production systems (you build it, you own it, you run it),
- Thinking out of the box to come up with solutions that scale, are fault-tolerant, easy to grasp, and elegant.
