Someone who loves marketing and is an expert in it. Someone who will help to build Fulcrum’s strong and competitive marketing strategy. Previous marketing experience in outsourcing is a key requirement.

Must-have Requirements:

— 3+ years of marketing experience in outsourcing

— deep knowledge of outsourcing market

— good English knowledge

— great communication skills

— enthusiasm, a positive attitude, strategic thinking

— experienced in different directions of digital marketing (SEM, SMM, Email Marketing, Marketing automation, Digital PR, Influencer Marketing, PPC Management, etc)

— proven track record of success at your previous workplace

What you will do:

— plan, manage & implement the company’s marketing strategy

— do market research

— attract inbound leads through various channels

— work closely with the design/delivery/sales team to reach the company’s marketing goals
