Technical Project manager (Middle level) Offline

Skills:

— 3+ years of experience in managing software development projects;

— Proven project management and planning skills and a history of delivering projects on time;

— Proven experience with Python & R;

— Research mentality and math-oriented mindset;

— Experience in managing a middle-size team (up to 10 developers);

— Technical background;

— Solid soft skills is a must;

— Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum;

— Deep understanding of SDLC and project life cycle ownership;

— Understanding of different machine learning algorithm families and their tradeoffs;

— Strong knowledge of English both written and spoken.

Responsibilities:

— Responsible for products and projects delivery;

— Responsible for change and improvements in day-to-day activities;

— Responsible for definition and specification of the quality for product requirements;

— Collaboration with Data Scientist, SE engineers and other PM’s to establish processes, procedures and standards;

— Constant achievement of product delivery operational objectives.

As a plus:

— Ideally have a Project Manager Accreditation such as PMP

— Ph.D. and research paper published at conferences

— Profiling and optimization of the machine learning systems
