Required Skills & Knowledge:

1. 1+ years of relevant experience as a business analyst, product analyst, or equivalent in the customer service/support domain.
2. Owns business process design & documentation
3. Identify data sources and gather and analyze data relevant to processes impacted by the solutions being created
4. Able to develop graphs and visuals to illustrate insights identified
5. A people person. Ready to engage with our customers and community. Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills. (Clean, clear written and verbal communications)
6. Proficiency in spoken and written English;

Will be considered as a Competitive Advantage:

⦁ Strong presentation skills
⦁ Work experience in consulting, sales/marketing, or product management

Responsibilities:

1. Ongoing analysis of business performance to support daily operations
2. Effectively communicate with various stakeholders, including both IT and business users.
3. Analyze the health of the business and interpret key performance indicators and performance metrics
4. Leads the writing of User Stories & Acceptance Criteria
5. Negotiate detailed requirement and solution design trade-off
6. Develops personal expertise in the product and technology areas where their work occurs.
