Affiliate Manager Offline

Requirements:

• Experience in the affiliate marketing (CPA, CPL)

• Experience with dating vertical minimum 1 year, including adult, mainstream, casual (with model CPL: SOI, DOI, CPS is also plus)

• Experience with different kinds of traffic in dating: email, display, push, social, etc.

• Experience and knowledge about different dating services

• Existing database of publishers

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Proven success in developing strategic partnerships, preferably in an international environment

• English upper-intermediate or higher

• Attentiveness and persistence in work

• Willing to develop dating vertical and in future become Team Lead

Key responsibilities:

• Development of dating vertical

• Developing, support and daily work with your current partners

• Search and engage new publishers

• Analysis and monitoring of the campaigns during the promotion

• Improve the performance of existing digital marketing campaigns
