Software Engineer for Gamigo Offline

Responsibilities:

- Design, implement well-engineered, reliable, maintainable, and bug-free applications and systems

- Collaborate with team members to cultivate and improve various systems

- Build sustaining systems, suggesting new ideas, concepts, and provide feedback

- Develop, document and peer review technical coding

- Identify technical and developmental risks/obstacles and generate solutions

- Possess and develop areas of engineering expertise

- Maintain confidentiality of Gamigo’s internal information

- Follow best practices, processes, and systems standards

- Keep up to date on state-of-the-art methods, practices, and technologies

- Other related duties as assigned

 

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science

- Minimum 3 years of engineering experience with C++

- Familiarity with Platform and cloud-based services and engineering development

- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask across disciplines, access risk, define priorities and resolve problems while meeting deadlines

- In-depth knowledge of game development and programming languages

- Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, and Mac platforms

- Understanding and experience of external tools such as Confluence, Jira

- At least Upper-Intermediate English level

 

Will be a plus:

- Solid SQL, Java, Python, YAML and XML knowledge and experience

- Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite user
