Middle IT Project Manager Offline

REQUIRED SKILLS

3+ years managing software development projects

Basic knowledge and experience with Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

Good risk, time, release, scope and people management skills.

Demonstrated superior organizational/follow-up skills

Ability to understand and facilitate project technical discussions

Ability to fetch high-level requirements from the Client and interpret them into user stories and tasks for the team

Energetic and self-motivated person

English – Upper-Intermediate level or higher.

Will be a plus:

PMP certification

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Plan the project timeline

Negotiation with clients

Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis

Monitor and track progress of the project

Reporting about the project status update to stakeholders
