Account Manager (IT, SaaS) Offline

We are looking for an Account Project Manager (IT, SaaS) to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers. The Account Manager’s role is to oversee a portfolio of assigned customers, onboard new customers, and assist with technical aspects of integration.

 

Our ideal candidate is experienced in project management, technical support and customer service. We expect you to be a reliable professional, able to balance customer orientation and a results-driven approach.

 

As an Account Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following:

 

Provide professional after-sales support to maximise customer loyalty

Remain in regular contact with the customers to understand and meet their needs

Respond to complaints and resolve issues to the customer’s satisfaction and to maintain the company’s reputation

Manage process of collection, systematisation and description of customer business and technical requirements for a payment system

Communicate with payment providers and acquirers

Manage, establish and settle the restrictions of the team and other resources demanded during customer onboarding/integration process

Understand the possibilities and restrictions of the current products

Managing and conduct of multilateral negotiations between customers and our internal technical team

Transfer of projects to GO-live and support

 

Our perfect Account Project Manager possesses:

 

Proven experience as an IT project manager, or similar sales/customer service/technical support role

Experience with project management tools and related best practices (Jira, Trello, Pivotal, Asana)

Master or bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in Information Technologies

Intermediate or higher level of English

Excellent communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships

Organisational and time-management skills

Enthusiasm and passion towards the job
