We’re looking for a Business Analyst to assess metrics for business performance across a range of Quote-to-Cash business processes including Quoting, Pricing, Sales, Contracting, and Revenue Management. The ideal candidate is an energetic, self-starter with excellent

quantitative analysis and communication skills.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Analyze data on business processes and capabilities

• Assist the development of solution post documentation

• Manage day-to-day needs, troubleshoot errors, configure products, product and pricing rules, approvals etc.

• Participate in cross-functional teams as subject matter expert to support system enhancements, as well as on new development

• Act as a liaison with internal teams to ensure understanding of the design requirements.

• Create and maintain detailed set of instructions, system configuration, flowcharts, reports, dashboards and other documentation as needed

• Contribute to project planning activities.

• Supervise and Assist the Project for a client across all stages i.e. from Requirements Gathering to Go-Live.

• May assist with support calls that involve product management issues.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Degree in a Business, Finance, or Engineering area

• Exceptional interpersonal and business writing skills

• Customer focused, action oriented and committed to driving quality results

• Ability to multi-task and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Professional-level knowledge of Microsoft Excel

• 5-10 years of experience building Enterprise products in SaaS environment (Salesforce application experience preferred).

• Strong experience creating designs on wireframes and mockups as well as usability research.

• Develop high-quality product requirements and detailed functional design documents from product roadmap & company strategy documents.

• Participate in requirements definition meetings with design team, contributing to and/or documenting the overall design as necessary.

• Managed product requirements and translate them into compelling products and capabilities.

• Guide customers for their business processes keeping domain best practices intact.

• Strong Access/Excel skills

• Strong CPQ skills

• Knowledge of Salesforce, Apttus

• Able to clearly articulate technical solutions to internal and external audiences.

• In particular, ability to shape constructive dialogue across a dynamic organization.

• Accustomed to working in a team environment and who thrives in this environment.

• Passionate about technology and driven to make a difference.

 

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

• 5-10 years of experience in business consultant role

• Knowledge of Sales, Pricing, Revenue Management domains
