IT Project Manager (offline)

Argentics gamedev company is looking for a talented Project Manager. We are waiting for you to join our team to create exciting and powerful PC AAA projects together!

About you:
- 2+ years of experience in managing IT projects and gaming sphere;
- English upper-intermediate level or higher;
- Good planning and organizational skills;
- Kanban/Scrum experience;
- Experience in leading several projects simultaneously;
- Experienced with project management tools, Jira, MS Project;
- Proactive attitude: You find and evaluate problems to solve, rather than documenting stakeholder requirements;
- Good leadership skills. You have to know what it is that you want to achieve, can inspire others to follow your vision and have the drive to push your ideas through to execution;
- Strong negotiation skills, ability to safeguard the company’s interests;
- Ability to learn things fast;
- Data oriented.


Key responsibilities:
- Control and manage all phases of a project lifecycle;
- Build project plan and agree project milestones with stakeholders;
- Keep clear and effective communication internally and externally;
- Analyze and prioritize project activities and client needs, while establishing realistic deadlines;
- Create, maintain and present project plans and other relevant project documentation;
- Daily team management, manage team workflow and task assignments;
- Work on constant process improvement together with the teams;
- Managing risks, expectations, and changes;
- Active participation in pre-sales and sales to new and existing customers.
