Agentic coding experience on candidate profiles

Candidates can declare AI coding assistants they use; on public profiles those tools now show as a separate block.

What's new

A dedicated Agentic coding experience section now lives on candidate profiles, right under Skills. Candidates declare which AI coding assistants they actually work with โ€” Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, GitHub Copilot, Gemini, Windsurf, OpenCode, Google Antigravity, Junie, Cline, Aider, Devin.

For candidates

  • Click a tool chip on your profile to add it.
  • Optionally specify how many years you've been using it.
  • If you already had one of these tools in the regular Skills list, it automatically moves to the Agentic block on next save.

For recruiters

On a candidate's public profile, agentic tools appear as a separate Agentic coding experience block next to Skills experience. You can see at a glance which AI tooling each candidate uses.

Use the skill search on the Candidates page to find candidates with a specific tool โ€” e.g. Claude Code or Cursor.
