Re-poke: propose another job in the same thread
Recruiters can now offer a different job 7+ days after the last activity in a thread, without starting a new conversation.
For recruiters
A new button on the candidate page expands a re-poke form so you can propose a different job in an existing thread, once 7 or more days have passed since the last message.
- Works for both manual pokes and auto-pokes (with one caveat: if you've already declined this candidate, no new auto-poke will be sent).
- If either side previously declined in the thread, you'll see a small notice about it before sending.
- The previous job will be highlighted in the form so it's clear what was discussed before.
The thread history will keep both the new offer and the old one visible so the candidate has full context.
For candidates
A re-poke arrives as a normal new message in the existing thread. You'll see the new job clearly highlighted alongside the previous one, so it's easy to decide whether the new offer fits.
