Simpler recruiter activity label on job posts
Job posts now show one human-readable label — Low / Medium / High / Very high — instead of multiple raw numbers.
The response-rate widget on a job post used to show a wall of numbers. It now shows a single, easy-to-read label:
Recruiter activity: Low / Medium / High / Very high
The label combines three signals: the share of applications read, the speed of replies, and how recent the last reply was. The old "all-time vs. since last publication" split is gone — it's just a single all-time score now.
