Recruiters who reply fast now earn a ⚡ Responds Quickly badge on their jobs and in candidate inboxes — replacing the older "Always responds" badge.

How we calculate it: we look at threads from the last 90 days and compute, per recruiter, the share of replies that landed within 24 hours, 3 days, and 7 days. The badge appears for recruiters whose 24-hour AND 3-day shares are both above 50%.
For candidates this means the badges they see in the job list and inbox are a real proxy for "this recruiter actually replies fast" — not just "this recruiter eventually got back to someone, once."
