Senior QA Automation Engineer (offline)

Project Description

As a key member of the Quality Assurance team, the candidate will be responsible for closely working with the development engineers and developing test cases for the various components in the Source Code Analysis tool.

This is an opportunity to join a growing team that is looking to bring the software developed to become a world-class technology for locating and fixing code vulnerabilities. You will develop test plans, design, tools/harnesses, analyze and debug the results of your tests, and work with the development to close whatever issues you have found.

Responsibilities:

1. Testing of Static code analysis tool
2. Test design and test plans creation (Security testing area)
3. Investigation new technologies and write vulnerable code for testing purposes
4. Increase automation testing coverage
5. Installation, configuring and administration of test environment (Windows, Linux, MacOS and other)

Skills:

Must have:

∙ Programming experience in at least one of these languages: C/C++, Java, C#, JS, Python, PHP
∙ 3+ years of QA experience
∙ 2+ years of test automation experience
∙ Linux and Windows experience
∙ Strong communication and analytic skills
∙ English language (spoken and written)

Nice to have:

∙ Background in static code analysis
∙ Background in security testing
∙ Programming experience in several languages
∙ Background in compilers
∙ Familiarity with agile development methodologies
