Senior Automation QA Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium, Cucumber, and Java.
- Design and implement test frameworks and strategies to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- Collaborate with software developers and product managers to understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Execute automated tests and analyze results to identify defects and performance issues.
- Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve automated testing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in automation testing.
- Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber, and Java.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with Agile development practices and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

As a plus:
- Certification in software testing (e.g., ISTQB).
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
- Knowledge of additional programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript).
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
