1) Knowledge of project management methodologies
2) Understanding of network and servers equipment, storage, power systems, network technologies, enterprise IT infrastructure services
3) Understanding of virtualization and cloud technologies
4) Strong understanding of key IT processes and metrics (Support, Change Management, SLA, KPI etc)
5) Excellence or Intermediate English
