• BS or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or similar field
• Proven ability to write quality code in Python using PyCharm IDE.
• Experience with data science, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning algorithms.
• Experience with collaborative software development using source code control systems (SVN or Git)
• Experience with application life cycle management (ALM) tools for tracking of requirements, issues, and testing
• Experience with Pytest.

The candidate will write Python software to test machine learning algorithms for medical device software. Python solutions will include unit, integration, and automated tests.

Our client is looking for a motivated, skilled Software Engineer in Testing (SET) to join its fast-growing team to play a key role in developing test solutions for machine learning algorithms. You will work closely with software teammates as well as hardware engineers and microbiologists to bring our products to commercialization and launch.
This work will contribute to development and launch of a new generation of in vitro diagnostic devices. You must be creative, hardworking, and dedicated and must also have a strong track record of innovative problem solving in technical environments. You must also have a desire to grow by working on a fast-paced, highly-collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
