We are actively growing and scaling, which is why we are looking for a Customer Support Representative with at least 6 months of experience to join our team of professionals!

Your working hours will be mixed shifts, from 14:00 to 22:30 Eastern European Time (EET) and from 22:00 to 6:30 Eastern European Time (EET)

Your responsibilities will include:

• Resolving user incidents: analyzing incoming tickets, live chats, and phone calls, conducting investigations, communicating with users, and fully satisfying their requests. This will take up 60% of your work time;
• Collaborating closely with the moderation team, partners, and customers. This will take up 20% of your time;
• Updating knowledge bases and continuously improving user communication processes. This will take up 10% of your time;
• Preparing reports on user requests. This will take up 10% of your time.

Your main tasks will be:

• Resolving customer requests;
• Finding answers to their questions (we will assist you with this!);
• Ensuring high-quality communication between related departments.

We expect you to have:

• At least 6 months of experience in customer support in English;
• Basic knowledge of working with helpdesk systems (experience with Zendesk chat and ticketing system, as well as phone support);
• Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency, with fluent speaking skills;
• Strong communication skills in English, both via email and phone.

Ваші обов'язки

• Запуск, оптимізація та масштабування рекламних кампаній у Facebook Ads.
• Пошук і тестування нових зв'язок, креативів, аудиторій та GEO.
• Аналіз основних показників ефективності (CPA, ROI, ROAS).
• Робота з трекерами, антидетект-браузерами, проксі та іншими професійними інструментами.
• Генерація нових гіпотез і постійна оптимізація рекламних кампаній.
• Взаємодія з дизайнерами, аналітиками та технічною командою.
• Контроль якості трафіку та виконання поставлених KPI.

Основні обов’язки

• Виявлення вимог та аналіз бізнес-потреб замовника щодо майбутнього продукту чи процесу 
• Моделювання поведінки системи та проєктування рішень за допомогою нотацій UML (згідно переліку функціональних та нефункціональних вимог), а також за необхідності створення “початкових” макетів/mockups/wireframes систем інтерфейсу 
• Здійснення аналізу проблемних областей і внесення пропозицій для поліпшення 
• Написання технічної документації необхідної для ведення проєкту, сервісу і передача продукту замовнику (інструкції, технічні завдання, специфікації) 
• Підтримка в актуальному стані опису проєкту/процесу/технології, історії змін та версій в Jira, звіти про тестування на confluence, статус виконання завдань командою розробки в Jira 
• Здійснення декомпозиції завдань, передача в команди розробки, залучення (за потреби) необхідних підрозділів та контроль виконання 
• Валідація схеми тестування функціоналу системи від тестувальника та при потребі проведення первинного тестування функціональності 
• Аналіз помилок, збоїв та причин їх виникнення в роботі систем з подальшим визначенням дій для їх недопущення

Основні вимоги

• 2+ роки комерційного досвіду системним аналітиком
• Знання принципів роботи SQL та NoSQL (базовий рівень)
• Знання загальних понять архітектури ПЗ
• Знання засобів моделювання бізнес-процесів, даних, інфраструктури
• Розуміння принципів роботи з API

Що буде входити у ваші зони відповідальності:

• Будете щоденно актуалізовувати баланси за рахунками в обліковій систем;
• Виконаєте оплати (SEPA, SWIFT, ACH, CRYPTO), валютообмінні операції, внутрішньогрупове фінансування;
• Візьмете на себе спілкування з банками з питань ведення рахунків, операцій та дотримання вимог;
• Відкриватимете рахунки у банках та платіжних системах;
• Будете вести обліку первинної документації на довіреній ділянці (виписки та інвойси);
• Займетесь взаємодією з підрозділами компанії та зовнішніми партнерами з питань оплат (legal, fin, managers);
• Проаналізуєте наявні процеси з метою їх оптимізації та автоматизації.

Які навички та критерії нам зараз важливі:

• Вища освіта (фінанси, економіка, облік та аудит, юриспруденція);
• Досвід від 2-ох років на суміжній позиції;
• Маєте впевнені навички роботи з BaaS (банківські та касові операції, звітність та аналіз, обробка даних, робота з первинними документами);
• Працюєте з Excel та Google sheets (документи, формули та функції, робота з даними, форматування, обробка даних та спільне використання даних);
• Маєте впевнене розуміння принципів виконання платежів (swift, sepa, ach), а також комплаєнс та регуляторні вимоги до клієнтів фін. установ (aml, kyc, etc.);
