Responsibilities

• Manage and grow multiple LinkedIn profiles for TechMagic
• Build and maintain a consistent posting schedule across all accounts
• Interview team members to gather insights, expertise, and story angles
• Transform raw internal knowledge into polished, professional posts using AI tools
• Create and edit post visuals with AI-powered design tools
• Track engagement metrics and iterate on content strategy

What we're looking for

• Proven experience managing or growing a company LinkedIn presence, with a track record of measurable engagement or growth
• Hands-on experience with AI writing and image-generation tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, Canva AI, etc.)
• Strong written English — ability to write clearly and professionally
• Good interviewing and listening skills to extract insights from colleagues
• Organised, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple content streams
• A portfolio of any social media or content work is a plus

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Embedded Engineer to take ownership of critical software components within our robotic security devices. This is a great opportunity to participate in the development of a brand-new software solution for our existing robotic hardware platform.
 

Responsibilities and Duties

— Design and architect high-quality embedded software in C and C++ (C++17) for next-generation camera-based security devices.
— Develop and optimize build systems (Buildroot, Yocto, CMake) for product firmware components.
— Work across the entire stack, from Linux/Android BSP and HAL to ARM-based MCUs running Real-Time Operating Systems (RTOS).
— Debug and resolve complex software, hardware, and network connectivity challenges across the entire device lifecycle.
— Lead the development of innovative features from conceptual design to global production.
— Optimize performance for highly resource-constrained embedded environments.
— Drive technical excellence through proactive code reviews and mentorship of the engineering team.
— Shape the product roadmap by participating in high-level architecture discussions and strategic decision-making.
— Partner with QA teams to design and implement comprehensive automated testing strategies.
— Maintain high documentation standards for software designs, APIs, and troubleshooting procedures.
 

Qualifications and Skills

— 5+ years of commercial experience in embedded development, with mastery of C and C++ (C++17) and microcontroller architectures (ARM, RISC-V).
— Hands-on experience with Embedded Linux BSP, Buildroot, or other Linux build systems.
— Strong Linux background, with proficiency in developing within a Linux-based environment.
— Ability to read and interpret complex schematics and data sheets.
— Proficiency in modern engineering tools, including Git, CMake, and CI/CD pipelines.
— Solid understanding of network programming and multithreading on multicore systems.
— Deep knowledge of communication protocols (I2C, SPI, UART, Wi-Fi) and experience writing robust device drivers.
— Proven ability to drive complex projects independently and deliver production-ready results.
— Excellent skills for technical documentation and cross-functional collaboration.
— At least an Intermediate level in both written and spoken English (B1).

Project Description

Development of a portable, high-fidelity audio device integrated with AI assistant capabilities. The project focuses on creating a high-performance consumer electronics product with a focus on quality sound and battery efficiency.

Scope of Work

You will be responsible for the “brain” of the device, from low-level drivers to high-level application logic.

• Firmware Development: Design and build applications, system features, and peripheral drivers from scratch
• Full-Cycle Engineering: Handle coding, debugging, and systematic troubleshooting throughout the entire development process
• System Validation: Perform rigorous testing to ensure hardware-software stability and feature performance

What You Need For This Position

• 3+ years of experience in embedded software development (C/C++)
• Hands-on experience with Embedded Linux (Yocto/Buildroot) or RTOS (FreeRTOS or similar)
• Hands-on experience with hardware peripherals (UART, SPI, I2C) and memory management
• Experience with CMake, Python/Bash scripting, and Git
• Ability to create maintainable technical specifications and code documentation (Doxygen, Wiki, Markdown)
• English Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2). Ability to conduct technical discussions, participate in meetings, and write professional documentation/emails for international clients
   

Nice to Have

• Deep understanding of Linux kernel-level debugging and architecture
• Ability to read datasheets/schematics and hands-on experience with oscilloscopes and logic analyzers
• Experience with embedded ML or Edge Computing
• Experience with wireless connectivity: BLE, WiFi, Matter, LoRaWAN
• Familiarity with ZephyrOS

What You Bring:

• Hands-on AWS experience, especially with S3 and EMR/EMR Serverless (Athena is a strong advantage).
