Comfortable with processes/ technology/IT to understand and help solve problems with the technical team(s), addressing their concerns.

Кого шукаємо (і чому саме тебе):

Шукаємо System/Business Analyst, який уміє чути і перекладати “бачення” мовою систем, даних і процесів.

Того, хто ставить правильні запитання, не боїться копати глибше і кайфує, коли з хаосу народжується логіка. А ще не боїться викликів і любить, коли все чітко — дані, процеси, дедлайни.

Будеш спілкуватися з бізнесом, технарями і звітуватимеш власнику продукту, але матимеш високий рівень автономії.

Що доведеться (і захочеться) робити

збирати, аналізувати й структурувати вимоги по фічах і проєктах;

формувати AS IS / TO BE, PRD, use cases, acceptance criteria, user stories, API специфікації;

узгоджувати формати REST API, webhook-ів, payload-ів, черг RabbitMQ та механізмів обробки подій;

допомагати команді розуміти що і навіщо ми робимо (PBR, грумінги, спринт-пленінги);

оптимізувати процеси, щоб усе було швидше, простіше й без “ой, забули це в ТЗ”;

контролювати якість реалізації — від ідеї до продакшну;

іноді перекладати бізнес на мову девелоперів і навпаки 😄

Що треба знати, щоб не розгубитися

маєш досвід у бізнес- або системній аналітиці від 3 років;

знаєш, як виглядає ідеальне ТЗ по IIBA  (і як зробити, щоб його всі прочитали);

Jira / Confluence / Figma / SQL — твої інструменти;

знаєш, як сформувати PRD, BRD чи SRS;

розумієш різницю між PUT і GET, користуєшся Swagger чи Postman;

тебе не лякає опис інтеграцій — зовнішні/внутрішні (API, CRM, 1с, аналітика, push-сервіси):

можеш описати подію в json для RabbitMQ (буде перевага) ;

живеш за принципами SDLC і мислиш за agile-ритмом.

Ця роль — не твоє, якщо:

очікуєш від керівника чітких і простих тасочок «зверху»

хочеш, щоб тобі продиктували, що саме має бути в задачі

не любиш швидкого темпу роботи
