Department/Project Description

The Digital Health organization is a technology team that focuses on next-generation Digital Health capabilities, which deliver on the Medicine mission and vision to deliver Insight Driven Care. This role will operate within the Digital Health Applications & Interoperability subgroup of the broader Digital Health team, focused on patient engagement, care coordination, AI, healthcare analytics & interoperability amongst other advanced technologies which enhance our product portfolio with new services, while improving clinical & patient experiences.

Authorization and Authentication platform & services for Digital Health

Secure cloud platform for storing and managing medical images (DICOM compliant). Leverages AWS for cost-effective storage and access, integrates with existing systems (EHR, PACS), and offers a customizable user interface.

Required Skills and Experience (Must Have)

• Hands-on experience with AWS (e.g., IAM, SQS, RDS, Redis/ElastiCache, S3, SNS, Lambda, VPC), including troubleshooting misconfigurations and dependency issues across environments.
• Strong proficiency in Python for automation frameworks, test development, and scripting; ability to read/debug Go services is a plus.
• Practical Kubernetes experience (namespaces, Deployments, Services, ConfigMaps/Secrets, RBAC, HPA, Helm) sufficient to reason about application deployment, scaling, and test impact.

Аналіз ефективності та розробка пропозицій з покращення процесів

Вимоги до кандидата:

Знання та навики використання JIRA+Confluence, BPMN, UML

Розуміння Scrum, Agile

Розуміння та досвід в роботі з БД корпоративного рівня

Досвід роботи, підтримки або розробки BI систем

розуміння технології OLAP

Знання T-SQL на базовому рівні

Рівень володіння англійською мовою: Читання та розуміння технічної документації або вище.

Рівень володіння англійською мовою:

Бажано технічна у рамках фаху.

60/40 офіс/віддалено (за бажанням)

Обов'язки:

Визначення плану проекту

Управління пріоритетами в рамках обмеженого ресурсу на розробку

Прорахунок термінів виконання

Аналіз ризиків

* Написання технічних завдань

Призначення виконавців та організація роботи команди, контроль завантаження задачами та слідкування за прогресом виконання

Контроль виконання на всіх етапах розробки продукту

Написання проектної документації, інструкцій

Спілкування з замовниками, звітність по виконанню проекту, демонстрації прототипів та готового продукту

Технічний стек кандидата і основні вимоги:

2+ років роботи у якості ПМ (або БА) web-проектів

Глибоке розуміння сучасних та legacy методів та технологій web-розробки

Високі комунікативні та організаторські здібності

Буде плюсом:

досвід роботи у навантажених проектах

досвід роботи розробником або QA інженером

досвід роботи із «складним» замовником в умовах in-house розробки

Рівень володіння англійською мовою:

Бажано технічна у рамках фаху.

Обов'язки:

Аналіз, виявлення та опис вимог;

Моделювання та проектування рішення в рамках окремих процессів та створення спеціфікацій;

Супровід процессу розробки;

Оцінка ефективності змін з використанням актуальних технік бізнес-аналізу;

Взаємодія з іншими командами та іншими членами команди;

Регулярна коммунікація з розробниками, дизайнерами, інженерами QA;

Формалізація вимог (розподіл на бізнес-, функціональні, нефункціональні), створення специфікацій;

Технічний стек кандидата і основні вимоги:

3+ роки в ролі Business Analyst/System Analyst;

Досвід роботи з ключовими технологіями БА (інтервь'ю, аналіз документів, оцінка і т.д.)

Вмння аналізувати документовані вимоги (User Story, Use Case) допомагає в формуванні бізнесом Definition of Ready, Conditions of Satisfaction;

Володіє навичками та системно підходить до моделювання процесів, впровадження змін;

Впевнений досвід роботи з SQL (запити)

Досвід роботи з API

Досвід роботи з ключовими інструментами аналізу (діаграми бізнес-процесів в нотації BPMN, досвід моделювання в нотаціях UML, створення прототипів(figma) і т.д.)

Досвід написання user stories, use cases, BRD, SRS

Досвід роботи з таск-менеджерами (JIRA) та базами знань (Confluence и аналоги);

Досвід роботи з вимогами: збір, написання ТЗ і специфікацій

Досвід роботи в Agile командах по Scrum/ Kanban

Досвід участі в проектах з розробки мобільних додатків (буде плюсом)

Постійно прокачує свої лідерські якості, здатен чітко формулювати повідомлення до аудиторії на різних рівнях організації, не вдаючись до бюрократичного стилю.

Команда:

15 членів команди з різною спеціалізацією. Від системного адміністрування та розробки DWH до Data Science.

Технології, які використовуються на проекті:

Стек технологій Microsoft.

Database engine, OLAP, Power BI.

Технічний стек кандидата і основні вимоги:

BPMN, Busines Analysis (User stories, Use cases, Requirements analysis/documentation … ), Scrum, SQL, Power BI.

Рівень володіння англійською мовою:

Читання та розуміння технічної документації або вище.

Цілі на період онбордінга (адаптації):

Ознайомлення з бізнес-процесами та специфікою роботи компанії.

Ознайомлення з існуючою звітністю.

Вивчення структури існуючого DWH, ETL процесу

Вивчення джерел даних.

Аналіз та формалізація вимог користувачів щодо аналітики та звітності. Постановка задач на зміну архітектури DWH, розробку ETL процесів та зміну архітектури OLAP.

Документування сервісів DHW, ETL, DataQuality, OLAP, BI, сервіси ERP системи, пов’язані з аналітикою та прогнозуванням.

Написання інструкцій для користувачів.

Проведення презентацій сервісів для користувачів.

Умови праці:

80/20 офіс/віддалено (за бажанням) після закінчення випробувального терміну
