We are looking for a Targetologist / Digital Marketing Specialist who is passionate about driving results through paid advertising. Requirements (Must have):

• From 1 year of experience in digital marketing (IT industry experience is a plus);
• Proven experience in launching and optimizing advertising campaigns in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram);

• Experience with A/B testing of creatives and hypotheses;
• Basic understanding of SEO, sales funnels, and digital marketing principles;

Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and manage advertising campaigns in Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram);
• Monitor and optimize campaigns daily to achieve target KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS);
• Configure Pixel/Conversion API, set up tracking events, and ensure accurate conversion data;
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, targeting, and hypotheses to improve performance;
• Collaborate with designers and copywriters to create engaging ad creatives;
• Analyze campaign results, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for scaling and optimization;
• Research competitors and identify new opportunities for ad channels and formats;
• Work closely with the marketing team to align on strategy and execution.
