Requirements:

• 4+ years of professional web development experience
• Backend (most important):
  • Perl — experience with legacy systems or integrations
  • Database experience (MySQL, Redis, or similar)
• Frontend (medium importance):
  • TypeScript

We are seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager with deep expertise in Google UAC and in-app traffic acquisition to join our client’s growing team.
This role involves managing large-scale budgets, optimizing campaigns, and developing strategies that deliver measurable growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, launch, and optimize Google UAC and in-app network campaigns.
• Manage and scale large budgets ($150K+ per month) efficiently.
• Analyze performance data — in-app events, retention, LTV, ROI 
• Collaborate with the creative team to test and refine ad concepts.
• Build and optimize web-to-app funnels to maximize conversions and user lifetime value.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in mobile marketing / Google UAC / in-app traffic acquisition.
• Proven experience working with MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust, Firebase, etc.).
• Strong analytical mindset and understanding of CPI, CPA, ROAS optimization.
• Experience managing monthly budgets of $150K+.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
