About the role

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you sit at the intersection of engineering and go-to-market. Role Overview

We are looking for an Operations Manager who will take ownership of key internal processes and help drive efficiency across the company. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across different areas of the business and can independently manage important operational tasks.

 

Key Responsibilities
 

• Manage and coordinate recruiting processes (candidate sourcing, screening, communication)
• Support sourcing efforts for clients and internal needs
• Prepare presentations and business materials
• Oversee and organize company content (documents, internal knowledge, marketing materials)
• Take ownership of various operational and administrative tasks
• Improve and optimize internal workflows and processes
• Collaborate closely with leadership on high-priority initiatives

Що буде у вашій зоні відповідальності

Архітектура та розробка
— Проєктування та розробка вебзастосунків на React
— Розробка мобільних застосунків на React Native (iOS / Android)
— Прийняття технічних рішень на рівні продукту

Інтеграція з бекендом
— Робота з API (REST / GraphQL)
— Інтеграція зі Strapi або іншими headless CMS
— Побудова стабільної та зрозумілої взаємодії між фронтом і беком

Технічне лідерство
— Управління командою розробників
— Code review, менторинг, розвиток команди
— Пріоритизація задач разом із продуктом

Процеси та якість
— Впровадження інженерних практик і стандартів
— Робота з продуктивністю, стабільністю та безпекою
— Участь у CI/CD процесах і тестуванні

Автоматизація
— Використання сучасних інструментів для прискорення розробки (зокрема AI)

Що для нас важливо

Досвід
— 5+ років у комерційній розробці
— 2+ роки в ролі Lead або Senior із досвідом управління

Технічна база
— JavaScript / TypeScript — впевнено
— React (Next.js, state management: Redux / Zustand)
— React Native (збірки, оптимізація, публікації)
— Досвід роботи з headless CMS (Strapi або аналоги)
— Розуміння REST / GraphQL

Підхід до розробки
— Чітке розуміння архітектури (Clean Architecture або подібні підходи)
— Вміння писати код, який легко підтримувати
— Розуміння CI/CD

Soft skills
— Лідерство і відповідальність
— Проактивність (не чекати задач, а формувати рішення)
— Вміння пояснювати технічні речі нетехнічним людям
— Досвід роботи з розподіленими командами

Буде плюсом
— Досвід у FinTech / SaaS / enterprise-продуктах
— Розуміння комплаєнсу (SOC2, HIPAA тощо)
— Досвід роботи з cloud-інфраструктурою
— Використання AI-інструментів у розробці

Що потрібно, щоб приєднатись:

• 1+ рік досвіду в motion design та актуальне портфоліо.
• Впевнене володіння After Effects, Figma та Adobe Illustrator.
• Розуміння таймінгу, композиції та базових принципів анімації.
• Використання AI-інструментів для генерації контенту.
• Базові навички графічного дизайну.
• Навички відеомонтажу та саунд-дизайну.
• Уважність до деталей і вміння швидко знаходити рішення в анімації.
