About the project

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to lead an innovative project focused on connecting AI-powered workflows across Atlassian Rovo and GitLab Duo. The expected outcome is a working end-to-end prototype with a clearly defined Jira-to-GitLab integration point and a concept for scaling the solution further.

The goal is to build an end-to-end prototype that connects agile planning with software development through AI agents.

Atlassian Rovo will support the planning process by collecting requirements, using knowledge from Confluence and Jira, and generating high-quality User Stories with acceptance criteria.

Once a User Story is ready, it will be handed over to GitLab Duo, where AI will support the next steps of the development process — from creating a technical specification to preparing the initial code structure, tests, and Merge Request.

Your role

• Lead and coordinate the implementation of the end-to-end AI agent workflow.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a leadership role;

• 3–5 years of commercial experience in the iGaming industry;

   

  SEO Expertise:

• Deep understanding of how search engines work;
• Expert knowledge of ranking factors and Google algorithms, with the ability to adapt to updates;
• Experience in developing and implementing SEO strategies;
• Experience working in highly competitive niches;
• Experience managing large-scale projects;
• Ability to analyze traffic trends, identify causes of drops, and create recovery plans;
• Experience with iGaming-specific SEO challenges: blocks, dropped domains, migrations, satellite sites, cloaking;
• Ability to conduct technical audits and effectively define tasks for development teams;

• Experience with A/B testing of SEO hypotheses: ideation, execution, and evaluation;

Responsibilities:

    Project Performance Management:

• Oversee the development and execution of SEO strategies across projects;
• Identify and scale growth opportunities;
• Ensure achievement of KPIs across all SEO projects within the team
• Conduct regular audits of project status: rankings, traffic, and business metrics;
• Detect performance drops in a timely manner and organize recovery actions;

• Forecast results and adjust strategies proactively;

   

  SEO Team Management:

• Coordinate and manage SEO specialists (Senior, Middle) to achieve project KPIs;
• Distribute projects based on expertise level, workload, and growth areas;
• Ensure quality control of specialists’ work;
• Conduct regular 1:1 meetings;
• Drive the professional development of the team;
• Participate in hiring and onboarding of new employees;
• Provide high-level quality control of presale audits;

• Conduct performance reviews: competency assessment and goal setting;

   

     Process Management:

• Implement and maintain best practices within the team;
• Ensure all SEO activities are executed systematically, on time, and aligned with KPI achievement;
• Standardize and control project documentation

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in product or data analytics;
• Strong experience with data visualization tools (preferably Tableau) — ability to design clear, insightful, and visually appealing dashboards;
• Excellent knowledge of SQL — writing complex queries, optimizing performance, and working with large datasets;
• Understanding of ETL processes and data modeling principles;
• Curiosity and proactive attitude — you love digging into data, finding patterns, and suggesting improvements.
