🔍 Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative and ambitious visual storyteller to produce high-performing ad creatives across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok. You’ll work on everything from static designs to motion ads, Reels, and short-form TikToks, helping our product grow through scroll-stopping content. This is a perfect opportunity for someone early in their creative career, passionate about performance-driven design, and ready to grow in the marketing space.

🎯 Responsibilities:

• Design static ads, motion graphics, and video creatives for paid campaigns on Meta & TikTok
• Create platform-native content like Reels and TikToks from footage, stock, or AI-generated assets
• Use AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, Runway, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT) to speed up concepting and production
• Support A/B testing by iterating hooks, headlines, visuals, and CTAs
• Stay current on ad trends, platform best practices, and viral content formats
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate goals into creatives
• Manage and organize creative assets in shared folders
• Preview and test creatives using Meta Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager

✅ Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in a creative/design/marketing role
• Portfolio or sample work (can be personal projects, spec ads, or freelance)
• Comfortable with tools like Figma, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.
• Interest or experience using AI tools to enhance creative workflows
• Strong visual eye: layout, contrast, type hierarchy, and video pacing
• Clear communicator with the ability to take and apply feedback
• Desire to grow in creative performance marketing and understand what converts

💡 Bonus Skills

• Exposure to ad metrics (CTR, ROAS, Hook Rate)
• Experience working on TikTok/Meta ad accounts
• Familiarity with ad copywriting and storytelling
• Knowledge of creative automation or LLM-based tools
