    • Confidence in presenting design decisions to C-level executives or investors, with a strong business rationale.

    Key Responsibilities:

     

    1. Structured Approach and Process Adoption:

    — Apply a structured approach to all design work.

    — Embrace and fully utilize the processes implemented by department heads.

     

    2. Learning and Development:

    — Fully understand and continually improve the overall design process for projects.

    — Explore new technologies, trends, tools, and methodologies, implementing them in collaboration with the Head of Design and UX Directors.

    — Clearly explain processes and mentor Senior Interface Designers working on your projects.

     

    3. Project Leadership:

    — Successfully manage medium-complexity projects and small teams, including working on high-profile projects.
    — Utilize discovery frameworks effectively, including:

      — Business interviews

      — Competitor analysis

      — Local market research

      — Best practices overview

      — In-depth interviews

      — UX/UI review

      — User testing

    — Efficiently manage the team’s time and resources within project constraints, ensuring adherence to project budgets and rate caps.

    — Lead at least one Senior Interface Designer on each project, effectively delegating tasks among other designers.

    — Foster strong, trust-based relationships with clients to encourage future collaboration.

    — Ensure all design work meets world-class standards, using best practices and established design principles.

     

    4. Design Execution:

    — Ensure all design deliverables are technically proven and development-driven.

    — Focus on creating business-oriented designs that effectively address business needs and goals.

    — Guarantee that every design produced is consistent, follows guidelines, and is ready for client handoff.

    — Inspire and motivate the team to deliver outstanding results, even in challenging projects, ensuring top-tier quality throughout.

     

    Requirements:

    — Proven experience leading design teams and managing medium-complexity projects.

    — Expertise in discovery frameworks such as user research, competitor analysis, and best practices review.

    — Strong client communication and relationship-building skills.

    — Ability to mentor and guide Senior Interface Designers.

    — A deep understanding of design best practices, technical design principles, and business-oriented approaches.
