Sinova invites a Middle DBA (Application & Infrastructure) to join our team on an outstaff basis for a dynamic project with a prominent Israeli client. If you’re passionate about database excellence, proactive support, and thrive working in multicultural, distributed teams - we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do:
    •    Administer and support SQL Server & Oracle databases across Linux, Unix, and Windows environments.
    •    Develop and optimize T-SQL scripts, stored procedures, functions, triggers, and database views.
    •    Support solutions and automation using Python, Shell scripting, SSIS, and SSRS.
    •    Ensure stability, backup, and restore strategies for production and test systems.
    •    Maintain database efficiency, proactively resolving performance and availability issues.
    •    Implement and maintain HA/DR (High Availability/Disaster Recovery) solutions.
    •    Collaborate closely with both Sinova.dev and client teams in an international setup.

What We Expect:
    •    3–4 years of experience as a DBA (Oracle and/or SQL Server).
    •    Hands-on T-SQL development (procedures, triggers, views, functions).
    •    Strong skills in performance analysis, tuning, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
    •    Solid knowledge of backup and restore strategies.
    •    Practical experience configuring and maintaining high availability/disaster recovery solutions.
    •    Good spoken and written English (working with Israeli stakeholders).
    •    Proactivity, self-organization, and ability to work independently and in remote teams.
