As we continue to scale, we are strengthening our leadership team and opening a role for a CRO (Chief Revenue  Officer) who will oversee revenue growth, Retention, CRM, and VIP strategy across our brands.

    Responsibilities

    Revenue & Strategy

    • Develop and execute a unified revenue and retention strategy for all company products.
    • Drive LTV, ARPU, and overall monetization through data-driven decisions.
    • Lead cross-department collaboration with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Payments.

    CRM & Retention

    • Oversee CRM and lifecycle strategy: segmentation, personalization, automation.
    • Manage multi-channel communication (email, push, SMS, in-app, WhatsApp).
    • Ensure KPIs for Retention, Churn, and activity metrics are achieved across brands.

    VIP Management

    • Lead VIP strategy: segmentation, retention processes, conversion to VIP, revenue contribution.

    Promotions & Loyalty

    • Optimize loyalty programs, promotions, and bonus economics with focus on profitability.
    • Reduce bonus abuse while improving player engagement.

    Team Leadership

    • Manage and scale CRM, Retention, and VIP teams; set standards and best practices.
    • Build efficient cross-brand processes and operational frameworks.

    Requirements

    • Proven leadership experience in iGaming / Gambling / Betting (CRO, Head of Retention, Head of CRM, Head of VIP, or similar).
    • Deep understanding of retention mechanics, player behavior, and revenue drivers.
    • Experience managing multi-brand CRM/Retention environments.
    • Strong knowledge of CRM platforms and analytics tools (Braze, Optimove, Emarsys, Snowflake, Power BI, etc.).
    • Strong analytical mindset, ability to work with large datasets, unit economics, segmentation.
    • Experience with bonus systems, loyalty mechanics, and personalized communication flows.

    Nice to Have

    The role

    This is a hands-on implementation engineering position.     We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to join our team and take ownership of building high-quality, performant, and accessible web applications.

     

    Responsibilities:

    Product & Delivery

    • Work with PMs and designers to refine requirements, plan features, and deliver end-to-end user journeys.
      Translate business goals into technical milestones and prioritize engineering work.

    Architecture & Code Quality

    • Shape and evolve the frontend architecture (Vue 3, TypeScript, Vite/Webpack).
      Establish coding standards, branching/release strategies, and ensure scalable state/data patterns.
      Lead code reviews and mentor teammates.

       

    Vue Development

    • Build reusable, accessible components (Composition API, Vue Router, Pinia). 
    • Implement SSR/SSG (Nuxt) with code-splitting and lazy-loading when needed. 
    • Maintain a shared component library/design system (Storybook).

       

    Performance & Accessibility

    • Improve Core Web Vitals (LCP, INP, CLS) and enforce WCAG 2.2 AA standards. 
    • Optimize bundles, assets, and rendering paths; prevent memory leaks/reactivity pitfalls.

     

    Testing & Release

    • Ensure solid test coverage (Vitest/Jest, Cypress/Playwright). 
    • Build reliable CI/CD pipelines with preview environments, feature flags, and safe rollbacks.

     

    Security & Compliance

    • Apply OWASP best practices and secure auth flows (OAuth/OIDC, JWT/PKCE). 
    • Manage vulnerabilities and support security audits.

     

    Collaboration & Leadership

    • Partner with backend engineers on API contracts and integrations. 
    • Work with designers to refine UX and advocate for quality. 
    • Drive technical discovery, knowledge-sharing, and hiring.

     

    Operations & Monitoring

    • Instrument analytics and event tracking, support A/B tests. 
    • Set up logging/monitoring (Sentry, OpenTelemetry) and resolve production issues.

     

    What will you do in the first 90 days?

    • Get productive in the codebase and ship user-visible value.
    • Map the frontend architecture, delivery pipeline, and quality gaps.
    • 5–10 features or UX fixes shipped end-to-end (frontend + API contract).
    • Close issues from backlog

     

    Job requirements:

    • 6–9 years of frontend development experience, including 3+ years with Vue 3 + TypeScript.
    • Proven track record of shipping medium/large features to production. 
    • Strong knowledge of: 
    • Vue 3 (Composition API, reactivity, slots, directives). 
    • Pinia (or Vuex), Vue Router, API integration (REST/GraphQL). 
    • Performance optimization (bundle splitting, image optimization, profiling). 
    • Accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA, semantic HTML, keyboard flows). 
    • Security basics (XSS/CSRF prevention, OAuth/OIDC, JWT/PKCE). 
    • Hands-on with tooling: Vite, ESLint/Prettier, Vitest/Jest, Cypress/Playwright, Storybook. 
    • Experience leading code reviews, mentoring, and cross-functional collaboration.
    • Ukrainian (fluent) and English (Intermediate or higher).

     

    Would be a plus:
     

    • Nuxt (SSR/SSG) and hydration; micro-frontends; design-system/theming work.
    • Real-time (WebSockets/SSE), GraphQL, Web Workers, virtualization of long lists.
    • Styling: Tailwind, CSS architecture, theming tokens.
    • Analytics & experiments: event taxonomies, A/B testing.
    • Cloud/devops: Docker, basic AWS/GCP, CI optimization.
