An international IT holding with 11+ years in the market and a team of 390+ employees is scaling its Media Buying division and is looking for a Team Lead Media Buyer to take responsibility for PnL, the team, and the systematic growth of the department.
 

🔥 Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of buyers (3+ people): task setting, KPI control, and team development
• Launch and scale Facebook campaigns across Tier 1–3 GEO
• Take full responsibility for performance and PnL of the department
• Work with budgets of $300K – $1M+ per month

Key Responsibilities:

• Launch and scale high-performance advertising campaigns across Facebook and/or In-App networks (Unity, AppLovin, Ironsource, etc.).

Now, we’re looking for a User Acquisition Manager to fully own our marketing strategy and drive profitable growth.

What You’ll Do:

• Fully manage and scale user acquisition campaigns on Facebook and Google, with a focus on the US market
