Team Lead Media Buying

An international IT holding with 11+ years in the market and a team of 390+ employees is scaling its Media Buying division and is looking for a Team Lead Media Buyer to take responsibility for PnL, the team, and the systematic growth of the department.
 

🔥 Responsibilities:

• Manage a team of buyers (3+ people): task setting, KPI control, and team development
• Launch and scale Facebook campaigns across Tier 1–3 GEO
• Take full responsibility for performance and PnL of the department
• Work with budgets of $300K – $1M+ per month
• Build processes: KPIs, reporting, workflows, onboarding, and training of new buyers
• Optimize key metrics: ROI, CR, CTR, CPM, CPA, LTV
• Scale profitable campaigns and implement new strategies
• Collaborate with creative, analytics, and product teams
   

✅ Required experience:

• 1–2+ years in a similar role
• Managing monthly budgets of $300K – $1M+
• Experience managing a team of buyers (3+ people)
• Deep expertise in Facebook Ads
• Experience in iGaming / Gambling verticals
• Understanding unit economics and the impact of traffic on retention and LTV
