Team Lead Media Buying Offline
An international IT holding with 11+ years in the market and a team of 390+ employees is scaling its Media Buying division and is looking for a Team Lead Media Buyer to take responsibility for PnL, the team, and the systematic growth of the department.
🔥 Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of buyers (3+ people): task setting, KPI control, and team development
- Launch and scale Facebook campaigns across Tier 1–3 GEO
- Take full responsibility for performance and PnL of the department
- Work with budgets of $300K – $1M+ per month
- Build processes: KPIs, reporting, workflows, onboarding, and training of new buyers
- Optimize key metrics: ROI, CR, CTR, CPM, CPA, LTV
- Scale profitable campaigns and implement new strategies
- Collaborate with creative, analytics, and product teams
✅ Required experience:
- 1–2+ years in a similar role
- Managing monthly budgets of $300K – $1M+
- Experience managing a team of buyers (3+ people)
- Deep expertise in Facebook Ads
- Experience in iGaming / Gambling verticals
- Understanding unit economics and the impact of traffic on retention and LTV
