Requirements for this role:

• Experience in Project Management with relevant projects
• Fundamental understanding of Agile methodologies (specifically Scrum and Kanban);
• Successful completion of PM courses;
• Upper Intermediate+ (good spoken/written) English;
• Basic knowledge of PMBoK guidelines;
• Experience in creating User Stories and Use Cases;
• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle;
• Strong team leadership, problem-solving skills and proactive mindset;

Would be a plus:

• Experience in Sales in IT;
• Experience in working with English-speaking clients;
• Experience in intercultural communication (exchange studies, work & travel);
• PM certifications;
• Bachelor's degree in Management or Information technology (any technical education);

As our PM/Scrum Master, under our mentoring, you will:

• Manage projects from collecting requirements to releases;
• Manage the internal and external communication for effective information exchange between stakeholders;
• Facilitate your team;
• Own project processes and systemize routines;
• Prepare User Stories and Use Cases with our clients, and pitch them to the dev-team;
• Plan work and schedule together with the dev-team;
• Control project constraints, and get customers’ approvals on changes;
• Manage and control expectations of stakeholders, prepare reports;
• Make a final check of increments before delivery;
• Implement and promote Agile methodologies.

— Analyze, clarify, and document requirements

— Prepare and maintain project documentation

— Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Developers, QA, Designers) using Agile methodologies

Requirements

— 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager in software development 

— English B2 or higher — written and verbal communication with team and client

— Proven ability to plan, coordinate, and track project activities across multiple teams

— Strong communication and leadership skills — you’ll be the bridge between clients, developers, and business stakeholders

— Solid understanding of how software products are built and delivered

— Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities

— Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum / Kanban)

— Proficiency with JIRA / Trello / Notion

— Excellent analytical and documentation skills

— Business-oriented mindset and focus on delivering value

Nice to have

— Technical background or previous experience in development

— Account Management experience

— Experience improving delivery processes or PM workflows

We are looking for a professional for the role that requires:

Main responsibilities:

• Managing game projects & our internal tools, including planning, execution, and control of project tasks
• Ensuring effective resource allocation and meeting project deadlines
• Creating all necessary documentation for the project: tech specs, design docs, etc.
• Coordinating the work of developers, designers, and other project participants
• Identifying and managing project risks and resolving issues in a timely manner
• Ensuring high product quality and successful achievement of project objectives
• Managing stakeholders: overseeing communication and expectations of all project stakeholders
• Reporting to management on project progress

Our ideal candidate:

• At least 2 years of experience in project management (Game development) or similar positions
• Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
• Understanding of mobile product metrics
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• High level of self-organization and ability to multitask
