We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Systems Manager to optimize and manage Faria Education Group’s internal systems. This role will consolidate tools across departments, ensure the smooth implementation of new systems, and maintain our overall systems roadmap and strategy. Key Responsibilities

1. System consolidation & optimization - Review our existing systems landscape and work with departmental leadership to align systems with business needs, particularly focusing on reducing redundant systems across departments. 
2. Systems implementation project management: Lead the implementation of new business systems through the whole project lifecycle, including discovery, vendor selection, implementation, and training. I act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams.
3. Drive systems usage and efficiency - Lead ongoing change management and adoption efforts to ensure that systems are used effectively and the company is getting the maximum return on investment. 
4. Manage Systems Strategy - Collaborate with senior leadership to develop a long-term systems roadmap, ensuring operational efficiency and alignment with strategic goals. 

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years experience in project management, business analyst, or similar roles with at least 3 years of experience in a systems role.
• Proven track record of leading successful systems implementations involving multiple departments across multiple regions. 
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, mainly working across multiple time zones
• Familiarity with standard enterprise systems for SaaS companies, particularly within finance, product, and engineering

We are looking for a Design Project Manager to act as the primary liaison between our clients and the design team. In this role, you will manage and lead the design team throughout project lifecycles, from task creation to client presentations. • Має досвід релізів — знає, як виглядає момент, коли на проєкт заходять живі користувачі, починаються реальні задачі й реквести “на вчора”. Очікуємо вміння правильно пріоритезувати, не панікувати та не дати команді “згоріти”.
   
• Розуміє технічну частину процесу: API, REST, SQL, VPS, фреймворки, бібліотеки, бази даних, — все це повинно бути не просто на слуху, а на базовому розумінні. Зокрема, бажаний досвід роботи зі Swagger/Postman та вміння провести базове ручне тестування (хоч на кожнмоу проекті у нас і є QA).
   
• Вміє комунікувати: як з клієнтом — простою, бізнес-мовою, так і з командою — технічно й по суті. Комунікація — одна з ключових складових цієї ролі.

We invite a Middle Project Manager to join the VeliPlay product team.

Housed within the innovative umbrella of VeliTech, VeliPlay is our dedicated game development studio specialising in crafting exceptional crash games and more. In this role, you will:

• Lead the development of new game projects from concept to launch, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and user needs, ensuring the product is positioned for success
• Generate and propose new ideas to improve product efficiency and competitiveness
• Analyse, understand, and document project requirements, offering feasible solutions within technical and budgetary constraints
• Ensure the highest quality standards for the game, including gameplay, graphics, sound, and user experience
• Ensure a basic understanding of databases and project technologies for effective communication with technical teams
• Work closely with the development team before and during the sprints to ensure that they understand the vision of the product and are designing great effective solutions
• Be responsible for the certification process, aligning key understanding between the development and audit teams and building a clear and neat workflow
• Plan team tasks and releases based on capacity, develop realistic project schedules, and monitor their implementation to ensure timelines are met
• Inspire and motivate the development teams to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders to align objectives and effectively communicate them to the teams
• Track and analyse product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize and improve the game
• Document decisions and meeting minutes in a clear and concise manner
• Take full responsibility for customer relationships, serving as the interface between the company and clients
• Communicate project performance and efficiency to partners
• Support the timely and successful delivery of gaming solutions aligned with customer needs and objectives

Skills and experience you will need:

• 2+ years of experience as PM in Game Dev
• Ability to distinguish business goals and priorities, dividing requirements by POC, MVP, and next versions
• Experience with User stories creation, Story mapping
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile approach
• Proficiency in using project management tools and wiki systems to organize and document project information
• Data visualization expertise, including the ability to create mock-ups, wireframes, use case diagrams, and prototypes
• Experience in project scope decomposition and estimation
• Ability to review UI/UX designs, evaluate them against requirements, and suggest corrections when needed
• Strong understanding of business flows, processes, and their purposes
• Experience in managing Change Requests and risks associated with projects
• Proficiency in writing project documentation

• Deep understanding of the gaming market, industry trends, and game development processes to support the team in developing features and content

We are an Israeli company with a background in product development of 10 years. Due to staff expansion for our third line of business, we are looking for a Technical Project Manager to work together to create progressive products. Full-time, remote work.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience in software development,
• experience in developing projects from scratch will be a plus;
• 2 years or more of release management experience;
• Understanding of modern web technologies / client-server architecture development process;
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC);
• Understanding of programming fundamentals, algorithms and data structures;

• Аналіз та звітування: підготовка регулярних звітів про хід виконання проєкту, аналіз ключових показників ефективності, внесення коректив до плану у разі необхідності для досягнення максимальних результатів.
• Покращення процесів: оптимізація робочих процесів, впровадження ефективних методів управління та комунікації для підвищення загальної ефективності проєкту та досягнення кращих результатів.
• Виконання плану за кількістю учасників на подіях: організація та управління процесом реєстрації учасників, контроль за досягненням запланованої кількості учасників на заходах, забезпечення високої залученості та задоволеності учасників.
