• 2+ years of experience in roles involving business analysis, project management, or similar functions, preferably in an AI-driven company/project;
• Fluent English (spoken and written);
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of identifying process improvements and evaluating software solutions;
• Experience managing projects, with an understanding of both technical and business requirements;
• Knowledge of project management frameworks, particularly PMBOK, including key processes, artifacts, and deliverables;
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and their application in project management;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and external partners;
• Proficiency in preparing and maintaining structured documentation, including reports, business cases, and user stories;
• Familiarity with process optimization tools and technologies (e.g., BPMN, Lean) is an advantage.

Що ви будете робити:

• Аналізувати користувацьку воронку та визначати ключові точки покращення.
• Планувати та пріоритезувати дорожню карту розвитку продукту  разом з Product Manager;
• Формувати та підтримувати беклог на основі дорожньої карти та вимог Product Manager;
• Збирати, формалізувати й описувати вимоги для створення чи вдосконалення функціоналу (User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, PRD);
• Ставити завдання розробникам, контролювати якість реалізації функціоналу та його відповідність бізнес-вимогам;
• Забезпечувати актуальність технічної документації за потреби;
• Контролювати розробку функціоналу на всіх етапах: від ідеї до реалізації;
• Тестувати нові рішення, впроваджувати гіпотези для оптимізації воронки, проводити A/B-тестування та інтегрувати успішні зміни;
• Моніторити результати впроваджень та оцінювати їхній вплив на ключові метрики (реєстрація, активація, перший депозит);
• Взаємодіяти з командами дизайну, аналітики, маркетингу та технічного департаменту;
• Аналізувати користувацьку поведінку та впроваджувати UX-покращення.

The Technical Product Owner is responsible for the planning of related features and execution throughout the feature life cycle, including: gathering and filtration features’ requirements, collaboration with management, development teams and other departments for getting goals to be met. The Technical Product Owner’s job also includes ensuring that each feature supports the product scope and strategy. 

The Technical Product Owner is expected to: 

• Participate in product backlog managing. 
• Manage features from research phase to the moment (status) of done. 
• Participate in release planning. 
• Manage incoming features requests, describe the functionality and work with the team on clarifications. 
• Review requested functionality before releasing to Production. 
• Serve as liaison between technical and non-technical departments. 
• Help other departments with delivering developed features to customers. 
• Manage the priorities and team workload. 
• Coordinate team planning. 
• Act as a leader within the development team. 
• Coordinate internal resources for execution of backlog tasks in-time. 

Successful candidates should correspond to the following required competencies: 

• Minimum of 2 years experience in IT. 
• Basic knowledge in web technologies, CSS and development life cycle. 
• Experience in a job in the Gaming market will be a big plus. 
• Experience in participating in web clients development will be a plus. 
• Good written and verbal communication skills. 
• Intermediate level of English or higher.
